Henry's soooo smart!

I told Henry he could watch a cartoon if he picked up his toys, and "filled the brown box to the top". So he filled it to the "top"! All done mom!

Bruce
Bruce is now sitting up and eating meals with the rest of the family. He loves fruit, cooked veggies, maccaroni...yummy! He's my best eater so far, or maybe Im getting better a feeding babies!

We did it all this year. We watched every christmas movie we could find. Lane and I sang christmas songs for twenty minutes one family night and the boys sat on the couch amazed the whole time (that may never happen again!)

We went to the store and the boys just looked at all the toys and told me what they wanted Santa to bring. We went to Santa's Breakfast and waited for an hour in line - which didn't even bother us - the kids gave us soo much energy this year!

We got a real tree, too real and I made Lane buy me a new vaccuum for all the needles!

Lane surprised us all with getting the boys this Woody doll. Lane and I had been looking for this toy forever and I thought we wouldn't get it! Surprise. I think I was yelling the loudest! Soo fun.

Jonas and Henry opening gifts! A wonderful family in our ward gave our boys a train table with some awesome trains, they love it, and what a blessing!

Bruce is one of the boys now, he definatly can enterain himself and he gets lost amongst the toys. The older boys are good at distracting him and they cry when Bruce grabs onto them, he can climb on them pretty quick!

Lane lookes awesome as Hugh Jackman, oh, I mean the Wolverine. I tried to imitate Rouge, it was a lot of fun and everyone got a kick seeing Lane's hair like that!

Henry and Jonas (a.ka. Spiderman & Superman)

I waited until the week of our ward Halloween party to let Henry try on his costume and he's been glued inside of it ever since. I don't know if its really bad parenting or over induldging but I let him were it everywhere...the attention is getting to his head, maybe I should humble him and dress him like a boy. Jonas is living the life of hand-me-downs! At least he's happy, learning exactly what being a superhero means.

and finally....Batman!

Well...actaully he's bat boy. I was looking for a Batman suite around town , but this bat suite won that battle- I just stopped looking. I don't care if its not really "Batman" and its more like "baby bat" it was too cute!

My Birthday

On Halloween we trick-or-treated, Lane took me to a show, and then we (Lane and I and his parents) played Pinochle and I blew everyone away with this amazing hand! A double family and the rest Aces!

Rosalie's Spudnuts - so good and soooo baddd!

I had Rosalie make us Spudnuts (wonderful doughnuts made with mashed potatoes) - so good! I didn't want a cake, just give me those spudnuts!

Jonas & Brucey

Our newest past time is sitting on the front porch. Jonas and Henry ride their bikes in our drive. I get to catch up on my reading - its very peaceful we can spend a whole morning out there! Jonas update: he is a big talker now. He spouts out sentences all the time.

Working Family

Henry is no longer afraid of the vaccum! He is helping me clean the carpet. I started shampooing last night, it took forever and I only did half the living room. I was so tired!

He started pushing backwards! Barley 5 months old and he's so ready to start moving around.

Family Info:

Lane is way, way, way busy!! Studying, Football Season, Work and I'm not sure he even knows the order of importance either! His back has been acting up too, probably the extra hours at his desk. He's so proactive though and does streches and excersises, he hardly lets on that he's hurting. After this month he will only have two test's left - that's half way! Whew!

Deserae is shampooing the carpets, planning stuff for Primary, potty training Jonas, switched to cloth diapers (cottonbabies.com). So, pretty much typcial mommy bussiness.

He seems to be even blonder than Jonas' was. My friend Mindy took these photos for me, isn't she great! I love when they have just started to smile and laugh, I think its when you get the best pictures!

Jonas was a little weary when we turned off the lights for some special effect when we brought his cake out, hence with slight smile. Don't worry buddy-- sugar's comming!

SUGAR!

Jonas is our little fix-it man. He loves every tool, and the biggest injustice in his world is that he can't have Dad's tools too. He often drags me to the tool closet and demands Lane's tools, its so sweet (at least the first time). So we made up for it all with this cake (its all edible)!

Presents!

He still needed a little help with the wrapping, Im sure when Christmas comes he'll remember really quick that there are toys inside the wrapping!

Henry's third birthday was so fun. We went to a play with friends all morning at Monkey Joe's and had a nice family party that night. He was really excited for everything and couldn't wait for his cake!
